Music Together Classes for Kids Age 0-5
While we do offer private lessons to kids around 4 and 5, we also have a group program designed specifically for infants and young children! Introducing: Music Together!
Music Together is an early childhood music and movement program for children from birth through age five—and the grownups who love them! First offered in 1987, their music classes help little ones develop their innate musicality—and much, much more. Their early childhood music curriculum has decades of research behind it, in both music education and child development. And because they recognize that children learn through play, everything done in class is engaging and fun!

Our very own Casie Ramesh became certified to teach for the Music Together program in 2024, meaning we can now offer this class here at NYSM! We'll be hosting Music Together classes Mondays at 10am and Thursdays at 1pm. Sign up online here!

Casie Snow-Hebel- voice, beginner brass
Throughout her life, Casie has always had a strong passion for singing and all things related to music. Starting in high school, she has received vocal and instrumental lessons to start pursuing her desire to teach music. Having studied at SUNY Ulster and The College of Saint Rose for her undergraduate degrees, Casie has taught choir/general music at Crispell Middle School in Pine Bush for one year and choir/musical theater at Middletown High School over the past four years. Always eager to learn and improve, she plans to continue her studies and pursue a masters degree in vocal pedagogy.
Casie has worked with students between the ages of 6-65 with different levels of experience and has helped them to become stronger vocalists and performers. Her background of vocal studies has made her proficient in performing a wide genre of music including musical theater, pop, r&b, jazz, rock, opera, and more. Casie also teaches beginner brass lessons for those starting out on their brass journey. She helps students establish a strong foundation to create a good tone and to establish proper technique. Seeing her students grow and become the performer they want to be is what she loves to do.
